According to the rig's own website it is still in Suriname. It has been contracted to Inpex/Repsol until May 2012.

I suspect Rigzone is just spouting what should have happened by now. In the interview posted on an earlier link, I think Sully said that Inpex would finish sometime in Nov - probably late Nov if they hit.
