When u say cgx has 325million shares outstanding and 341mil fully diluted...what does that mean.

I'm guessing when cgx has sold 341mil shares, there are no more 2 buy...is that correct ? That would mean the sp would rise because there is demand but no supply unless an existing shareholder sells ?

Am i close ?
