The offering and the investment by Pacific Rubiales are subject to certain conditions, including, but not limited to, the receipt of all necessary approvals, including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange and the applicable securities regulatory authorities. Closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about Oct. 19, 2011.

The buy in by Pacific Rubiales is also significant where these shares will not be trading. This PP did not have a holding period so with such a large amount of shares not trading, it should help our share price have less resistance on the way up.
