OYL was actually somewhat vague in their closing date. This is the NR statement:

Closing is expected to occur on or about Oct. 12, 2011, and is subject to certain conditions, including, but not limited to, the receipt of all necessary approvals, including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange and the applicable securities regulatory authorities.
