Thanks Hydro; what's interesting in Sully's statement is he's suggesting that if Inpex hit's and they want to do some well testing it would delay Inpex releasing the rig.

Inpex started spudding in mid April and were to spud to 3500 mtrs which was supposed to take 2 1/2 to 3 months, they've had the rig for 5 months now and still haven't released the rig. Maybe they are already testing the well. JMO.
