I thought I had heard somewhere on one of these hubs that in thier mind,it wasn't worth
pursuing with better areas to drill at that time.By that I mean the North Sea as an example.It was becoming the place to be at that time.Just guessing,and your'e probably
correct in your assumption zibo.
