If you mean Eagle 1,it boils down to having the money and the availibility of the drilling rig. They are a JVP with 2 others for a 25% holding in the Georgian area,if the drilling is a success,they just may have enough to pay for the drilling of Eagle.However, they are looking for a JVP to help in this venture,which is very costly.
