Stark, I tend to agree with all your points. The JV WILL happen - next week, next month, next year? Don't know - but it will happen.

I'm happy with the recent price rise, but I've been in this stock long enough to be dizzy from all its ups and downs. I do look forward, hopefully next year, to being dizzy instead because of the rocket blast when this stock takes off.
