I have to agree with u zibo,

I still believe they will make a JV and rig announcement before the AGM.

As i write this oil is back up over $73 and there is word BP has plugged the leak and our sp is rising above $1.30. The climate for cgx to make an announcement is getting better.

I think it will be next week !
