That release pretty much says they will make an announcement in Q2. I still believe they will make a JV announcement before the annual meeting in June.

I also think they will add to that announcement by saying they have secured a rig as well.

I think the climate is starting to improve for such an announcement. Oil is still 73/74 bucks. BP has got the leak under control and hopes to have it totally shut off within days. The market in general is improving ... i would venture to guess(pardon the pun) they will have a release within 2-3 weeks.
