What an excellent presentation, it seems CGX is ready to entertain offers for a farm in on Georgetown as well as a JVP for Corentyne. I can see that all the additional studies that they had contracted out since the 3D siesmic was completed are now very helpfull in attracting a partner under hopefully the best terms possible.
Apparently they intend to spud the corentyne hole only 18 K's from the old Abary which has proven oil.
I like the looks of slide 16 which shows the cross section of Corentyne and Georgetown and the band of siesmic which is descibed as "Hydrocarbon fluid indications from AVO and 10 km inversion work."
If Tullow is our JVP that would be very exciting since they have had great sucess with finding oil in similar type geology of the coast of West Africa and know what to look for.
Exciting times ahead.
