Hi MF: It's been a long road for all OYL Longs, it seems that the good ship CGX has sprung a leak and news about a JVP is just around the corner, Stark has been predicting $3 to $5 SP on this NR for a long time, the SP ran to $4.60 on the boundary dispute settlement so I think Starks prediction is well within reason.
