Thanks MF; I have a feeling that after a JVP is finalized, as Stark predicted $3.00 to $5.00 sp is possible, if the company did a PP @ say $4.00 for 5 mil shares they would have ample funding with minor dilution, or if Georgetown is drilled after Corentyne they could just wait and if they find oil .................. well that's the end of worrying about raising money.
