The evidence seems to be coming together that Tullow is a very strong possibility for JVP. The thing I don't understand is if they are, why is it taking this long to do the deal.

The only valid reason I can come up with is that CGX is holding out for the best deal possible, which is why 3D siesmic interpretation is going the full distance and the Rock Solid anaylisis is being done. Tullow may want to see it all before coughing up "Big Bucks" for this JV.
