OYL just traded today @ 1/10 of what the 52 week high was, and that's with 30 mil in the bank, Duh, to bad my reno is going slower than I had hoped (broke a rib last weekend) when I flip that house I'm hoping to have around a 100 K and a bunch of that is going into OYL, hope I can do that before the seismic and JV happen, all the best Zibo.
