Thanks MF since I am 53 this major reno is taking it's toll on me as I am doing the work myself along with a little help from my friends, but the reward is is going to exceed my losses in this brutal market. Sold 5000 OYL today @ .79 and bought 3600 KXL @ 1.05, I think KXL in the short term is a play and decided to dump at a substaintial loss some OYL and roll the dice and add to my KXL on the upcomming KXL results, who knows I don't.
