zibo, I think they will now hold off on the JV announcement until there is a more positive outlook with the market.Hopefully the Venture Ex will stop the bleeding soon(we are now down close to 30%).CGX is now down about 75% from the 52 week high of 4.80 and close to 20% above the 52 week low of 1.10.As we stated on our other posts,this is an UGLY market.
