OYL is almost trading at pre-boundry dispute prices when oil was under 100 @ barrel, JV is around the corner and drilling is going to happen within @ year and oil is over 140 @ barrel, if the markets weren't in shambles we would probably be trading @ an all time high. 2.00 is a joke.
