It's actually a 6.7 million ounce deposit of which 5.2 million ounces are recoverable. With a market cap of in and around 230 million CAD it's an outright bargain. As we've seen yesterday the in-fill drilling continues to show excellent grades and widths, so I remain very confident the resources will continue to grow to a resource/reserve level (although bumps on the ride always can occur).

Nearby the side itself (Hammon Reef) there has been mining before, it has access roads, vincinity of water, power, people and infrastructure. And they've got Kinross on board for 20% of the equity (although I'm not always sure this is a good thing ;). Thereby is the country risk very low and the region mining friendly. The deposit reaches from the surface to 300m, which is very favourable and cost-efficient to mine. And last but not least the are already in the process of detailed and extensive studies to mine the deposit. In all, very promising junior in my opinion.
