I cannot answer to your questions, but on globeinvestor.com one can find analyst estimates: 2008 fiscal yr +58% growth rate plus consensus recommendations of 7 brokers: strong buy.

I don´t dare  however to add for averaging. Instead I will be patient for a few weeks, hoping to get back a little of the money.
