Could it be the news on milling operations turning to normal, coupled with these buy recommendations, be the catalyst for a rebound in an oversold and beaten down BWR? Furthermore, from what I have been reading we will see a strong finish in the overall markets as we wind down 2007 and I would say that BWR should participate in that move. Ofcourse nothing is for sure, but when a stock gets knocked down with intense emotional selling as we recently saw with KRY we do generally experience a bounce. And it looks to me like a base has been developed over the last couple of sessions that has stabilized the downfall, hopefully for the next leg up.
