They're crooks. They never had an intent to make this a company. It was to make money off the backs of the shareholders. These crooks should be in prison. JMHO

Pennyland is full of shady characters. How do you determine if they're shady? That's up to the SEC in the USA and the people in charge in Canada to oversee these companies.
