I know for a fact someone who bought 10k shares between .60 and 2.60 that sold all his shares over the last 2 weeks 

and I don't blame him every penny stock is running but is this is what people do they sell there losers and buy more of there winners 

I also know for a fact mangement isn't selling 

one day they will get there act together and we will run
