Maybe if they didn't convert their shares to promissory notes they would have a vested interest in getting the share price up. 

 

I am floored that you or any other shareholder is shocked/disappointed at how this has played out. They have continually demonstrated how inept they are. Over and over and over again. Utter and complete failures.
