Since 2009, I have heard it all. My bad for not selling SFMI at .40 a share. I was hearing all the false rumors of we are going to $4 a share by Lew Georges. He's gone and SFMI is dead. 

Same cast of characters are running GHDC except Pierre and a couple others. I don't trust any of them. 300 to 1 reverse split while handing themselves a big paycheck. F.....them.!!!

Revenue is one thing but are they making profit?

As far as SEC... rumor or fact? Don't know. 

If this runs like you said...I will thank you when I sell at my price point.
