I am still waiting on reports and YES I own shares. I still have SFMI shares and the only hope for them is JP and AB get the company back. I don't see BRVO doing anything with SFMI. .. JMHO!!

Do I have proof the SEC is investigating BRVO...NO because the SEC can't reveal it until after the case is resolved. 

However, you did answer my question about the reports have to transparent with all their expenditures including being under the eyes of the SEC. 

As of right now, I don't trust any of the BODs and the insiders associated with them.
