I feel like we are overdue for news of an accounting firm, auditing firm, or the new corporate attorney resigning. IMO

It's the only reason why that I can come up with for the delay in the completion of the year end. 

Yep, we are going to do the reverse. Have new accounting and auditing firms. Then hit the ground running. ..... OK. What's going on BRVO management? Is there an investigation going on hindering progress? How about a shareholder letter updating us all on progress? Or WTF is going on
