You would have thought that after announcing and then conducting a 300-1 reverse split they would have really wanted to hit the ground running to change their image.Totally inept management.But then again IMO it is difficult to get done when your lawyer quits.Your CFO quits.Your accounting firm quits.Your auditor quits.
