Does your inability to put out financials have anything to do with someone knocking at your door? Going through all of your paperwork? Is there something that should be disclosed to shareholders? After all. We would welcome that and view your removal as a positive. God I hope so. IMO 

IMO. Your promissory notes will not be paid. You can stick them where the sun don't shine. IMO that was a criminal what you did to shareholders. Converting your shares at a multi month high. Karma has a way of biting you in the ass. But I'm  rooting for Leroy. Not Karma. IMO
