Why would I sell? You say it's going to $10.  I don't even think 5000 shares have traded since the reverse.

 

 

The ONLY reason I hold on is because I believe the SEC will take action to remove the ________ and JP will take over and we will be off to the races.

 

 

Was that 1 million shares in the filing the only shares you received in compensation?
