You don't say anything cause you got nothing but the negatives we see. 

The ONLY positive that could come out is a stock halt and a Wells notice. Any thing short of that you still have the same ......... (Insert your own word. Mine surely would get this post deleted) management in charge. 

You can't really be this slow can you? This is all just for you to get some sap th buy your shares isn't it?
