The reason for the RS is because the BS that BRVO management was spewing about wiping out Pierre and crews' shares of approximately 100 million was all garbage talk. When they realized after halting those shares that they couldn't legally wipe them out, they converted and protected their shares and screwed not only Pierre and crew but all shareholders through this RS, for now. IMO
