Yes the 10K is out, but is it legit? The company said in public press releases that they have revenue, YET they reported exactly $0 in revenue.

Something doesn't add up.

If I were the SEC I would need to investigate the discrepancy here, especially since certain shareholders sold millions of shares while others were deceived into buying the stock based on false press releases.
