Hopefully the SEC handed them nails. And that they then proceeded to seal themselves in their coffin. 

Interesting how you post that the SEC had already approved the split. Which was wrong but on a Sunday afternoon when I confront you about that you answer within minutes. And you know the reason why you were wrong. Hmmmm
