From a very nuetral standpoint I've been wondering the same thing [How could that pass over the SEC desk.] There has been more than enough time for action or this issue laid to rest.  For the money that  Prosser has dished out in legal fees he could of bought a shell and be hassle free. IF they did manage some resolution you know darn well that there would be on going litigation for the JP/AB team and more time and dollars spent.  Rumourville says revenge is the motive, which is at the very bottom of the list of reasons on investment rational.
