Last we heard about SF was Eagle funding agreed to terms with Pierre. Then Prosser went through a divorce and caused a halt on both SF & GH. Friends (BODs) then screwed other friends (BODs) behind their backs and now we are waiting to hear if the SEC will save our investment here, which may also bring SF to come back to life. All IMO.
