 whoever it is might be blocking the rise to .01 with shorts, have an sec complaint against, and cheerleaders on this board

Who's cheerleading on the fact we can't get over .01? Longs are hoping and praying this gets to anywhere near what penny claims it will go. For the last 2 weeks this didn't need much more to get to .01 but never made it.
