Paul Parliament depends on Julios Kosta for everything. He has no connections. Just look at who he chose as  BOD's....his fireman friend Doug Brooks and Kosta's incompetent CPA.

Parliament has no business running a public trading company. The faster he puts his ego aside and realizes it, the better for ALL of us.
