"Keep the board somewhat positive"?

If it's true that management reads the board then that's the last thing we should do after they have failed the shareholders repeatedly and miserably. They have destroyed real wealth with their incompetence. They should not have taken over in the shady way that they did if they are clueless how to run a public company.
