The FACT that they are well aware does not give be one iota of confidence.

They have been "well aware" of many things that went against them.

The concerning part is the share price is here for a reason ...because the entity/person controlling the price is extremely "well aware" of the .01 threshold. And they know PP cannot do anything about it.
