not looking for a fight but after many posts I read many opinions and read many explanations as to why we will see stock price increase but the price seems to go lower and lower because someone keeps selling stock at prices that take it down.

where the hell does someone get such a large amount of stock that they seem to pay nothing for and are willing to sell for whatever they can get ? is this pattern going to continue ? if it does then we are are screwed, same thing happened with you know what - if the management have paid themselves large blocks of stock and sell then we will never see our investment grow, please someone tell me where and why and who keeps selling over and over to take the price lower.

if the plan is there and the future is rosy why is this f... idiot selling his stock so low, why not wait ?
