Maybe the previous 5%ers no longer own 5% of the increased number of shares, though I would have thought PQ would still have made that threshhold. I haven't run the numbers, but it's possible that 341M is from the shares issued to the new team, and doesn't include the ones issued to PQ et al. that they wanted to cancel.
