It is going on 2 months since this was included in a PR. hey Prosser, we're waiting...

Mr. John Gwynne Prosser II, Chairman, said, "Effective immediately, we as a Company will aggressively start looking to launch, merge and/or acquire businesses and opportunities in new core high-growth industries mimicking the successes of well-known publicly traded companies. The initial new areas of focus are A) international banking; B) insurance and warranties; C) consumer products and services; D) real estate development and properties; and E) proprietary wholly owned technology... including precious metals and 'nutraceuticals.'" Mr. Prosser II went on to say, "We feel the Company is poised for success and these initial industries offer us ample opportunities to flourish. Every member of the team started the process rolling. Over the next few days and weeks we will be engaging industry professionals to assist in the development of this model."

A) International Banking- Europe and Asia are in the dumps and we should tread lightly or maybe there are opportunities hidden in their downturn, with the euro and greece the risk of currency fluctuations in the middle of your transactions is hard to predict, king dollar is strong right now though

B) Insurance and warranties- good business if highly cashflow positive and can withstand a recession

C) consumer products and services- if it's making money and could in a recession=good

D) real estate development and properties- each project is different and market is high, maybe if there is a mis mananged property that can be stabilized and turned around then sold for a nice low CAP rate

E) proprietary wholly owned technology...including precious metals and nutraceuticals??

this may be the sector with a lot of opportunity and cashflow but I don't know anything about it. just some random thoughts as we wait to see what the company is actually going to do.
