Where does this April 30 date for PQ leaving come from? From the filing:

"On March 24, 2015, the registrant’s board of directors terminated the Employment Agreement dated October 1, 2013, between the registrant and Pierre Quilliam with such termination to take effect 30 days from the date hereof."

30 days from March 24 would make the effective date April 23. Not sure whether that means April 22 or April 23 is his last day, but certainly by the end of the week.
