To get to the filing, click on PRESS RELEASES to the left. Then click on Filings at the top of the next screen. You'll see the recent filing listed.

One of the things in the filing was that they issued 5M shares of preferred stock with 100x the votes/share. These shares went to Prosser, Parliament, etc. They should now have enough votes to counter the Qs. Even so, there must have been some sort of leverage or pressure to get the Qs to allow those shares to be issued. Maybe the threat of prosecution?
