I read the 10Q and PQ is not going anywhere. He is in charge and all the others are just along for the ride. The only thing I found with Julios Kosta was;

"On April 23, 2014, the Company entered into an agreement to acquire additional gaming equipment from Game Touch, LLC, Claudia Cifuentes Robles and Julios Kosta for 1,213,000 shares of common stock. The equipment had an agreed upon value of $135,856. The transaction closed on May 25, 2014"

I don't know why people are under the assumption that Julios Kosta is in charge because he is not. If you honestly think he is, then why is he not a board member?

Does anybody know why Q-Prompt, Inc. gets 1,000,000 shares per year for a term of 5 years?

You wonder why the stock has dropped. Read the 10Q. This is another PQ and family disaster.

I have been suckered twice but at least this time it was only $2500.
