Pierre took away Jack & David's commission shares when they brokered the deal with JMJ and since then they have a vendetta against the company and Pierre. They received their money but no shares. They shorted SFMI for Jason (JMJ) as a favor and got caught so Pierre severed the contract. Jack claims he quit on them but I don't buy that story. Jack received shares every month for being a MM so why would he give up a sweet gig (monthly income) after years as an officer of the company (MM & Investment banker).

Boy, I can go on and on but who's listening. It seems to go in 1 ear and out the other.
