I just had a long talk with John Leliever CEO of SF Exploration and he is certainly a knowledgeable exploration executive and he gave me great confidence that he's the right person to develop the 43-101 and eventually carry out the drilling program however he did say that the financing has not been inked yet. He is not directly involved with the financing, but he has been in many discussions and he thinks the deal is close. He is very open to talking to investors and he said he was near retirement after 30 years in exploration, but this project really caught his interest. He said SF does have a very high quality mill and although the timing was poor for building it, he feels that it will add value once it gets fully underway again processing ore. So all in all, I'm more positive than negative, but we need to get the financing inked to put us more in the clear! Khaki
