The rumored Canadian inestors can't buy while they have insider knowledge that has yet to be disclosed publicly. No one is "allowing" this to occur, this is simply what happens when rumored good news takes too long to come out while bad news (e.g. the Earll suit) piles up. Right now, there is not much reason for new investors to come in other than rumors. And we know how they have panned out before. I don't expect things to change much until we get concrete news. That's for SFMI. As for GHDC, we had the one PR and filing about the "acquisition" which was met with only mild interest, and nothing since. GHDC is holding on better, but even that may only last so long if we don't get more news.
