My opinion for what it's worth is that BBD stock is just treading water until the Canadian and Ontario governments decide what to do about the TTC contract.

Bombardier had been hoping for a large part of the infrastructure spending worldwide, but have been less sucessful in their bids than hoped for.

If the TTC contract doesn't move forward, it will be yetr another failure in this arena.

I'm sure all stockholders are hoping for a positive response.
